Free Comic Book Day is returning to the Library!

Comics are a great tool for literacy when you're growing up, by turning reluctant readers into ravenous and confident readers, giving them increased vocabulary, and helping young readers develop their skills at inferring and "reading between the lines." Also, they're awesome.

So, join us today from 10:0 AM-11:30 AM when we'll be giving away free comic books, one per reader, while supplies last.

And don't forget that there always graphic novels of all ages that can be checked out, both in the library and online through Hoopla. All for free, with your library card.
