Want to make a little art? Well, good, because the Tiny Art Show is coming back to the library this year at our Family Art Night in October. Share your artistic talents by participating in the Lincoln Public Library's Tiny Art Show! Starting on Monday, August 25, you can pick up one of our Tiny Art Kits to create your entry (while supplies last). Kits include: a 4”x4” canvas, paints, and a brush. Let your inner Frida Kahlo or Van Gogh free and create your tiny masterpiece. Once you’ve finished, return it to the library by Wednesday, October 1 to be part of the exhibit, which will be held at a Family Art Night at the Library in October. Here's what to do:

Register at the front desk.
Collect your canvas and paint, while supplies last.
- Should supplies run out, you may enter the contest using your own 4" x 4" canvas and paint.
Create your art. (Art must not exceed over 1" outside of the canvas.)
- Please note: Pieces must be PG13 Family Friendly.
Submit your art to the library by October 1st, or sooner. (You will get your art back after the show.)
Come to the show on October 11th from 5 PM to 8 PM.
Vote for your favorite art.
Winners will be announced October 15th. (Four winners in each category: 0-5 years old, 6-12 years old, 13-17 years old, and 18 and older. The prize is a $25 gift card each.)
Art may be picked up on October 18th. (You will receive an easel with your art.)
